From scratch to hitting ₹35 Lakhs/Month in 10 Months
This ready-to-wear apparel label offers a wide collection of shirts, trousers, kurtas, shackets, and more. In January 2024, the brand decided to launch its direct-to-consumer channel from scratch with Scaling Wolves as its growth partner. With no existing D2C infrastructure, no ad account history, and no baseline data, the task was to build a new channel from the ground up, find the right categories to lead with and scale steadily and profitably.




From Zero to ₹5 Cr/Month in Two Years
When this brand launched in January 2022, it was just an idea: premium men's essentials for a new generation, starting with a single line of T-shirts. In a space dominated by legacy players with massive budgets, the founder wanted to build something nimble, modern, and high-quality — but with only a small team, limited resources, and a ₹2-lakh ad budget. Scaling Wolves entered at day zero to build a growth engine from scratch that could deliver profitable sales fast enough to justify scaling.
Jump-Started Its D2C Journey and Sold Out Products with a 5x ROAS
This handcrafted ethnicwear brand celebrates artisanal detail. When they came to Scaling Wolves in December 2024, their D2C revenue was negligible. This brand began as an Instagram-only store selling fast-moving ethnic and Indo-Western styles directly to its audience.
